What countries and languages are supported?
Google Assistant and Google Home support the Neato Robot Action for the Botvac Connected Series robots in the United States. You may use the Neato Robot Action in other countries using Google Home or Assistant if your device is configured for English language support.
As Google Assistant and Google Home are introduced in more countries and languages, we will work to expand support and provide the best experience for users.

How do I setup my Neato Botvac Connected Series to work with Google Home and Google Assistant?
Follow the directions in the Google Assistant app to link your Neato Botvac Connected device. Look for the Neato Robot.
You will need the Email and Password for your Neato account to authorize Google Home and Google Assistant so they can control your Neato Robot.
The Google Assistant invocation name is Neato Robot. When you invoke the Neato Robot Google action the first time, for example say “Hey Google, talk to Neato Robot”, you will be prompted as follows:
Step 1: Link your Neato account
Step 2: Login with your Neato Email and Password
Step 3: Authorize the Neato Robot Google Action to access your Neato Account
After your Neato account is successfully linked, you can use Google Home to talk to Neato, just say “Hey Google, tell Neato Robot to start cleaning”.
Can I use my Android phone, Android TV, Chromebook or iOS Device to control my Neato Robot?
Yes, in addition to using the Google Home device to control your robot you can also interact your Neato Robot with other Google Assistant enabled apps and devices including Android 6.0+ TVs, and iOS 9.0+ phones
