Installation Instructions for Neato Robot Software Version 3.1
For Step 1 click on the Install Neato Updater Tool button. When the Updater Tool installation is complete, proceed to Step 2 to upgrade your Neato Robot Software.
The Updater Tool detects if you are using Windows or Mac and will automatically install the latest updates for your Neato Vacuum.
Version 3.1 Update Overview
Software Release 3.1 offers a major improvement for your Neato Robot Vacuum. With our new “Corner Clever” feature, your Neato will identify a corner, carefully enter it, back out, and continue around the corner to ensure that it has thoroughly cleaned your entire floor — and it works on both inside and outside corners! This software upgrade also includes all the improvements of earlier software releases, including:
Docking And Charging
If your robot accidentally loses contact with its charging base, it will now automatically try to re-dock.
Fringe Benefit
Rugs with fringe can be problematic - now your Neato will manage the fringe much better.
Spot Cleaning Mode
Neato will clean the perimeter of a 4’x6’ area and then clean the interior using its back and forth pattern.
Multiple Languages Supported
Including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese.
