As a core part of the company strategy, Neato Robotics intends to hire a world class Sales & Marketing Representative, China. This position will report to the VP Sales NA/APAC.

Overall Responsibilities:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will have responsibility for supporting the brand development, helping Distributor partner drive product sales and building awareness of the Neato brand across key retailers in China.


  • Working with Distributor, develop partnerships with both brick & mortar and e-commerce retailers. Work to build a strong business presence for Neato
  • Work with Distributor to drive sales of all Neato products across both retail and e-commerce partners.
  • Represent the market size and data of the China market back to the US Teams.
  • Oversee field sales training and merchandising where applicable
  • Implement Neato sales goals at the account level within their region
  • Support the increase of Neato distribution across alternative channels
  • Manage the rolling forecast, sell out and sell through
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail personnel at all levels
  • Set up local initiatives to increase sales for specific outlets and manage local budget and the return for investment


  • At least 5+ years China Sales/Marketing experience in the house appliance or consumer electronics field
  • Proficient in English
  • A proven track record in sales
  • A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
