We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing European based team.

As a core part of the company strategy, Neato Robotics seeks to hire a world class Sales Manager based in France who will report to the Commercial Director EMEA. Overall Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will have responsibility for developing the foundation, driving product sales and building awareness of the Neato brand across key retailers and distributors in France and other regions as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships with retailers and etailers, in conjunction with our distribution partner and build a strong sales ecosystem for Neato
  • Support and manage our distribution partner covering that region through clearly defined KPIs and quarterly targets
  • Drive sales of all Neato products across the household appliance/consumer electronic segments
  • Manage the rolling forecast, sell out, sell through and channel inventories
  • Understand and operate a P&L for Neato across the territory including a cost effective logistics infrastructure

Neato Robotics Inc.

  • Be the point contact for Neato in France for business, press, and analysts
  • Implement all field sales training and merchandising where applicable
  • Set up local initiatives to increase sales for specific outlets and manage local budget and the return on investment (promotions, bundles, marketing)

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years Sales experience / Territory Management in the house appliance or consumer electronics field
  • A proven track record in sales with Tier 1/top retailers (consumer electronics and home appliance) and etailers in France with an understanding for the French markets
  • A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills; Good report writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages a plus)
